I got a call about this position four months after applying. The manager called me directly, not an HR recruiter. Then a recruiter emailed to schedule, giving me parking details. When the manager brought me to the interview room, there were four people waiting. I wasn't expecting to interview with five people in total and feel I should have been warned beforehand. The questions were pretty easy and the team seemed nice. They mentioned some tasks would be basic, like photocopying and filling out forms. I never heard back after the interview.

The interview process involved standard HR questions read from a pre-printed sheet. There were two very nice, laid-back interviewers. The interview lasted about an hour. Getting into the building involved a lot of security, which I guess is a good thing.
