It was a standard rutan interview. I asked them some questions I thought were good after the interview, but they seemed confused about why I was asking them and kind of put off. They didn't seem to really know what the job I was interviewing for actually involved. When one of the interviewers walked me out, she had a disgusted look on her face. After three months of no contact, I reached out to check on the hiring status, and they sent a vague, quick response saying the position was waiting for an offer acceptance. It's been two months since then and still nothing.

Getting an interview can take some time, but the interview itself went well. It was short, and you'll likely go through one or two rounds, depending on the specific position. The most challenging part is the silence while they jot down your answers. Sometimes they rephrase the same question or expect a direct answer without any extra details.

I applied in March, and it took ages to even get an interview set up in November. It's January now and I still don't know if I got the job or not. They said if you get picked, they'll call you, otherwise, you get an email. The interview was on Teams. They asked questions, I answered, but they didn't seem to engage or ask follow-ups, which felt a bit impersonal, but it was fine. The questions weren't the usual kind, but they weren't hard either.

The interview process is awful. The people are nice enough, but they follow a RUTAN style of interview. They do not allow any small talk or personable conversation. You can only answer their questions or have them repeated. Some of the questions are not well written or could be taken in a few ways which makes this process more difficult than it has to be. They should really write very specific questions that are obvious in what they are asking for with an interview process that does not allow for any side communication
