A recruiter first reached out and asked some basic questions. Then, a virtual interview was set up with the three hiring managers. I got the job offer about a month later.

I sent in my application and was contacted by the company. They scheduled an interview, and then I was given an exercise to complete. It took them more than a month to get back to me about my exercise response, and then I was rejected without any feedback. This was a major red flag for me, especially considering it was with the Atlanta Transit Link Authority. They seem like an unprofessional group that could harm your career.

It was a really fair interview. The interviewers knew their stuff and had actually read my resume, so I didn't get any weird, off-topic questions. I was happy with how it all turned out. It's nice when the interview panel is prepared and does their homework before talking to you, instead of looking at your resume while you're there.

I applied for the job on Team Georgia and got an assessment test that I had 2-4 hours to complete. It tested my writing and communication skills and I didn't use the full time. After that, I had a verbal interview.
