The interview was remote and impersonal, but the compliance team leader was friendly and knowledgeable. It felt like they were on a time limit because I was only able to ask one question before being cut off.

I got contacted about 3 weeks after applying online. First, there was a 30-minute timed prompt to test my judgement, attention to detail, and writing. I'm not sure how much this written part counts overall. After the prompt, I had a panel interview with 3 supervisors from different divisions. They started by asking me to introduce myself. They asked some standard 'tell me about a time' questions, looking for specific results. They also presented a couple of hypothetical job-related scenarios. To wrap up, they gave me a chance to share anything else that might help their decision and answered my questions about the job. They said I'd hear back in 2-3 weeks, and I got the offer exactly 3 weeks later.

Most craziest interview I have been on since living in Phoenix!!! A panel of 6 unfriendly employees that couldn't even smile their demeanor was very clear with negativeness. I really don't know why it took that many people to interview for a entry-level position!!! Each person ask you three questions a piece which is a timed interview with an actual timer sitting in your face!!! Afterward you are taken to a cubicle and have to type them a letter which is also timed for 15 minutes about the interview!!! I guess no one were good enough for them because they re-posted the position the next day on their website! After leaving the interview my spirit told me you would not be happy working here was glad to get a denial email the next day!
