I applied online and got a call for an interview. I had to fill out an application. Then I was asked to talk about myself, and they were also checking my handwriting. After that, I had a personal interview with the owner. Then, the Office Manager joined, and the interview continued for a bit. She went back to work, and the owner and I continued talking. I was hired right then.
