Claims Adjuster
It’s virtual, you’ll record yourself answering pre-recorded questions. Most questions they ask will be about yourself. The interview follow up is about a week later and then you should have a start date with orientation. You’ll hear directly from Human Resources at this point.
- Where do you see yourself at this company?
Claims Adjuster
They asked just a few questions and the expectation was to answer in the SAR method. Situation, Action, Result. This is actually a super helpful way to give a fully rounded response to questions. Lots of customer service based questions and if you did not answer in the SAR method, they would ask for clarification.
- Can you share an example of a time you delivered remarkable customer service, using the SAR method?
Claims Adjuster
After submitting my application, I was asked to complete some assessments, which felt pretty standard for the remote jobs I've been looking at lately. They weren't too difficult, including some work style questions, behavioral questions, and a few simulations. From there, I had to do an online interview using Hirevu. It was straightforward to access and use. I got two chances for each question, and everything was pre-recorded, so I wasn't actually talking to anyone live. All in all, it was a simple process from beginning to end.
- Could you introduce yourself and explain your interest in this role?
- Describe a situation where a customer or colleague was upset or unhappy, and outline how you managed it.
- Share an instance where you received feedback or criticism from a teacher or manager, and explain your response.
