Behavioral Technical

A recruiter got in touch via email and arranged a brief call with the hiring team. This call felt like both a screening and an interview. Be ready for repeated questions, and they might not have your resume handy. I was asked multiple times about my technical skills. As an analyst, that's crucial, and I'm not sure how many times I had to explain that I do. The person on the phone didn't seem to listen, which was a red flag for me. It felt like they wanted a specific answer, hence the repeated questioning.

Behavioral Technical

About a 30-minute interview with a panel of three people from the department and one HR person observing. They were nice and professional. The questions were pretty standard, except for one about document remediation. After the interview, there was a skills test covering Word, Excel, and business etiquette.
