The interview process spanned two weeks and included two rounds: one with the hiring manager and another with my direct supervisor via a fellowship program. The interview with my direct supervisor was quite informal. There was also a standard behavioral interview with HR.

The internship program starts with a quick 10-minute chat with a recruiter. After that, there's another phone chat with the supervisor for the department you're interested in. It's super important to just be yourself and let your personality show. They really like it when you're energetic, one-of-a-kind, and creative.

So, there are like two steps. First, you chat with the recruiter on the phone. If they're feeling it, then you get to talk to the hiring manager. I only ended up talking to the recruiter though. And yeah, the pay is just $15/hr.
