Had a 30 min zoom screen with HR, then a second 30 min interview with Senior HR. The first call was pretty basic, asking job-related stuff. The second interview was more like a case study or hypothetical situation.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What potential difficulties do you anticipate in this position?
Database Administrator
I interviewed with a bunch of people from the team and some managers. It felt a little all over the place. The CIO was involved at the end. I heard back the next day. There was also a written test and a whiteboard test.

It was a pretty simple process, honestly. About half behavioral and half technical questions. Everyone was really friendly. Started with a Hirevue, then had one interview for the first round, and then three separate interviews for the super day. Definitely come prepared with good questions to ask.
- What's your approach to investing in real estate?

I applied online and then got selected for an interview. They do two initial rounds of interviewing, both pretty light with some easy RE questions. After that, they fly you out to Miami for final rounds with a bunch of other candidates. The interviews there were also pretty light, except for the capital markets group. The hardest part is the Excel test, which you have an hour to complete. It tests your basic function knowledge (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, etc) and also some general real estate knowledge. It may have involved debt since they primarily work on the debt side of the business. Things got hectic on the final rounds due to the number of candidates they were interviewing, but they run a very good process.
- The Excel test was the most difficult part of the interview.
- Most of the questions were 90% fit.
