There were 4 rounds in total. I met each team member during the process. Some interviews were 2-on-1. It was a bit technical, so I had to brush up on typical Real Estate Private Equity (REPE) questions. I needed to be ready for NOI math, valuation methods, and have an investment thesis ready because they might ask for it.

  • What factors could cause two identical buildings to have different values?
  • Explain the concept of NOI.
  • Describe various methods used for real estate valuation.
