Engineering Manager
It was a 3 round interview. First was a cultural interview, then a technical interview, and finally a management interview. The technical was a system architecture question. The cultural was about behavior and collaboration. The last one was the easiest.

I send the cv, then someone reads it to check qualifications. Screening process includes hr calls to ask specific questions like why do you want to work here, tell me about yourself, how do you manage stress, then there's a written exam, an interview, a panel interview, a group assessment, and an HR form.

Full Stack Developer
It was a 3 round interview process. The first round was an HR round where they asked me to tell them about myself. Then there were two technical rounds. The technical rounds focused on GitHub Actions, including its components, optimization, and deploying a React app.

Product Manager
Started with a recruiter screen, pretty basic, just checking qualifications. Then a Hiring Manager chat, more in-depth, looking at product sense, execution, and analytical skills. After that, a case study, focused on why this company, startup experience, and market analysis. Ended with executive interviews, meeting with lots of directors and VPs on the team.
