Behavioral Other

It was a super chill chat, honestly more like talking to a professor than a real interview. They didn't ask a ton of behavioral stuff. It felt like they were more into getting to know you as a person, less about grilling you on technical skills. Overall, a good vibe.

Behavioral Technical

Had 2 phone screenings, first with an external recruiter, then an internal one. Then had an in-person interview with HR and the PD Manager. The phone screenings were mostly behavioral, checking for cultural fit. The in-person interview had both behavioral and technical parts. HR asked the behavioral stuff, then the PD Manager hit me with technical questions, really digging into my past technical experience and how I'd assess if a product could work from both a tech and business angle.

Behavioral Technical

The whole process took about 3 weeks. First, I had a phone call with HR and the manager. HR asked some basic stuff about my resume, my experience, and what I wanted salary-wise. Then, the marketing manager asked me about SWOT analysis, growth strategies, and sales expectations.
