Applied, got a call two days later for an interview. Interview went really well. Got an offer right after. Be confident and know your experience. I know interviews can be difficult most of the time but just be yourself. After the interview, always ask your interviewer questions!!!! For example, what is your experience and why do you continue to stay? It’s simple and it breaks that awkward feeling.

It started with a phone screener, then an interview with the Director. After that, Human Resources handled the fingerprinting and drug testing. There was also a new hire orientation, then I got my laptop. Some online trainings followed, then some live training and shadowing. The whole thing took about a month.

I applied online and got a super fast response. They set up an in-person interview pretty quickly. Interviews usually make me really anxious, but this whole process made me feel so welcome. My interviewers were really nice and helpful. It felt like we were just chatting like old friends the whole time – it was so natural and a great personality fit. They asked the usual stuff like questions about my resume, and where I see myself going. They also made sure to ask about my own qualities that would benefit the HR department and the whole company. Honestly, it was the best interview I've ever had in my career.

I started off with one interview that seemed to have go well, because I was asked to come in for a second interview. I had my second interview and that seemed to be a good experience also. I followed up, but didn’t receive a response from those I tried to correspond with, which left me a bit disappointed. Regardless of what the outcome of my hiring would have been, I believe that it is professional to at least respond. This company has some other great positions that I am interested in, but I’m not sure if I want to apply.
