The interview process took about five to six hours and was split across three separate visits to the company. During each visit, I had to complete a pretty thorough quiz that covered logic puzzles, some tricky utility billing math problems, and various other topics.

Behavioral Technical Coding Case Presentation

I had 3 interviews. The first was with an HR person and was mainly about personality and experience, but they also gave a couple problems about calculating a utility bill using basic math. The second interview was with a technical employee where I could ask about the software, and then the CEO interviewed me about my experience. The third interview was with the President / Software Dev Manager, who focused on how I solve problems.

Behavioral Technical Coding Case

I had an initial phone interview with the HR person. Then, my second interview was with the HR person and the department director. The director asked all the questions, and the HR person took notes. After that, I took a skills assessment that had math and some technical questions like 'What is stress testing?' and 'What is a denial of service attack?'. The third round was with the CEO and CTO, where they asked about my work history, my understanding of the role, and my commitment to the company.
