First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Starlight Homes.
Sales Consultant
First there was an initial phone call. Then a personality test. Lastly, an in-person interview with the sales managers.
- Can you describe a situation where you dealt with a challenging customer and outline your approach?
Field Manager
The process went well. Started with a call with the area manager to chat about each other, the company, its values, and the job itself. Then, I met with the director of construction for a similar discussion, focusing on alignment of values and goals. The HR part was also smooth.
- What is your main core value?
Sales Consultant
It was a pretty simple interview process, not very rigid. We talked about my past experience and what I'm looking for in this position. They got to know me, and I got to ask a bunch of questions about Starlight Homes.
- Do you know about CRMs?
Sales Associate
Had a standard phone interview, about 15 minutes long, where we talked about the job duties and hours. I got to ask a lot of questions about expectations and responsibilities. The interviewer was a corporate recruiter who knew their stuff and was helpful.
- Can you introduce yourself and share an experience with a difficult supervisor?
