Behavioral Technical Presentation

I met with the hiring manager, then a panel, and finally the CEO. The hiring manager wanted to move fast. I was given a big, time-consuming project to do, but finished it in a day even without a deadline. They also asked for references. After that, I was ghosted, which was surprising and disrespectful, especially for a company with a mission like theirs. I've heard they sometimes ask for ideas and don't follow up. I ended up withdrawing my application.

I found the job posting on ethical jobs and applied. After a few days, I followed up with a phone call. Then, I had a brief phone interview. This was followed by two in-person interviews at their office. The first was with my direct manager and HR. The second was with my direct manager and their manager. Before the second interview, I was also asked to complete an online personality test (DISC).

After I sent my resume, I heard back a couple of weeks later to set up a phone interview. They asked me some standard questions about the job and also some general questions about working for a non profit. A week after that, the interviewer emailed me saying I didn't get the job, but invited me to volunteer.
