They had me come in twice. The first was a two hour interview where I met with the individual who was to be my manager. I immediately knew that he had never managed anyone before. He was literally shaking as we were speaking and he talked more than asked questions. Most of the questions I asked about company culture and history were met with facial expressions prior to what felt like scripted answers. I was also given a $10k pay cut from my previous employer with the promise of career advancement. I was always treated like I was an assistant although I had more experience than my manager.

They asked programming questions during the onsite interview. Since I was proficient in C++, they asked me OOPs concepts, questions based on compilation and data structure. Tricky question with respect to data structures was the most common one. Then, they asked me questions from my resume. About project details etc. Then, there was a technical phone interview with one of the chief officers also.

Started with a recruiter call, then had phone interviews with the SVP of Sales Operations and EVP of Established Channel Sales. After that, I had live interviews with every department manager, including support, sales, technical support, finance, software development, and marketing. The final live interviews were with the CEO and the founder.

The interview was kinda informal. When I got there, they showed me around the offices. I met with the Operations manager, the Supervisor, and some of the other workers. Be on time, obviously. The staff seemed really engaged and helpful. The supervisor was super straightforward and open to ideas, explaining what the job involved and what they were looking for in someone.
