First they will check your availability, then you will need to send the required paperwork and your CPR copy by email. After that, you might have an interview with HR or the DON. You'll also need to take a short exam, which is common for home care agencies. Finally, there will be an orientation.

The recruiter from the Mt Laurel office was very welcoming and respectful. There was a test that you needed to pass in order to be considered for hire. I don't remember, maybe 10 questions related to the care of the pediatric community. The recruiter made the submitting of the paperwork required for hire quite easy and efficient.

I first spoke with the nurse recruiter who I had the phone interview with, and we went over the job details again. Then I had to do some paperwork before meeting with the director of nursing for the second interview. After that, they offered me the LPN job and got me set up for orientation.
