Insurance Specialist
First, you'd submit your application on their website. Make sure your resume and cover letter really highlight your skills and what experience you have for this job. Then, HR or recruiters will look at the applications and pick out the people who seem to fit the job best. After that, there's usually an initial chat, either by phone or video, with someone from HR. They'll probably ask about your past work, what you've done, your skills, and why you're interested in this role. For the technical part, you might get asked about stuff specific to insurance, like your knowledge of products or how you'd sell them. Then, you might interview with the hiring manager or someone on the team to talk more about your experience, how you deal with tough situations, and if you'd fit in. They might also give you a behavioral test or a situational judgment test to see how you'd handle certain work scenarios. If it's a more specialized or management role, you might have to do a case study or a presentation to show how you solve problems and think things through. Sometimes, especially for bigger jobs, there's a final interview with higher-ups. If you get through all the interviews, they'll likely check your references to confirm your work history and how you performed. Finally, if everything goes well and they want to hire you, they'll give you an offer with all the details on the job, pay, and benefits.
