Behavioral Case

I had an interview with 3 people: a manager, an assistant manager, and a supervisor. They asked questions, but the manager asked most of them. The interview lasted about an hour.

So there were 2 steps in the interview. I first chatted with the recruiter who contacted me, and then I talked to the direct manager for the second interview. It went pretty easily, maybe cause I got a referral from someone who works there.

Behavioral Other

The recruiter rescheduled the phone interview three times because she was dealing with a plumber. This was inconvenient because I have a job and finding three separate times to talk about another job isn't easy. The in-person interview was okay, but ultimately a waste of time since the territory I applied for was essentially filled. They offered me a role in an area I explicitly stated I wasn't interested in. It was clear they'd already decided before my interview, as they called 10 minutes later to say the position was filled but asked if I'd relocate. I declined, feeling the whole process was a bit of a time waste.
