It was a nice and easy interview, nothing to stress over. They asked me questions about my previous work experience, skills, and how my customer service is, etc. They were nice and friendly.

Applied online and got a call from the hiring manager about a week after. She asked me a few questions and then scheduled an in-person interview for two days later. The regional sales manager was also present. It was a very relaxed and comfortable interview. The hiring manager seems very involved. They have a great team and want to ensure the candidate is a good fit. They ask several personality questions, including how you'd handle a competitive setting with tight deadlines and quotas. They mentioned they'd follow up in two days for a second interview.

Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process started normally, but then they asked me to shadow a current sales rep for a whole day. This felt unreasonable, asking someone already employed to take a full day off without pay. Additionally, they expected me to meet a rep who lives two hours away, and there was no guarantee of a job offer afterward. Their expectations were really out of touch, making it the worst interview experience I've had.

  • Could you try to sell me a pen?
