They require three interviews for you to get hired there, regardless of if you want PT or FT. The interviewer I got kept picking on my responses, making me confused, so this interview experience wasn't so great for me. I have no idea if I got a second interview or not as I didn't answer when they called and refrained from contacting them due to my negative experience with their hiring manager. They will go through your job history in great detail so be prepared and good luck!

Managers really want to hear about your past experience. Depending on if the hiring managers are free, you could be interviewed by one person or by a group of up to three. They'll all be writing down what you say, which can feel a bit intense, but just remember they're likely talking to other candidates too and need to remember who's who for hiring. This part is a bit nerve wracking but just remember.

The interview included basic questions and a review of my previous work history. I was really let down because, with my 7 years of call center experience, I couldn't even get past the candidate process. Plus, the interviewer was 10 minutes late for our phone call. I was understanding, but they still wasted my time, and I ended up being late for my doctor's appointment that day. I'm just very disappointed with how unprofessional and unorganized the timing of this interview was.
