So basically, it was 2 stages. First, a phone call where they asked why I wanted to work at Staples and about my background. Then there was a video interview with the manager. He asked me about my experience, some data analysis projects I did at university, and then gave me a task to complete in Excel.

I first talked to a nice recruiter for the initial screening, which happened quite a while after I applied. Then, I interviewed with the manager. After that, I had an interview with the manager, HRBP, and recruiter where I had to show my skills in training design and delivery. The final interview was with the VP HR and HRBP.
