First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Stansberry Research.
Accountant
I had 3 interviews: one with the Senior Accountant, one with the Controller, and one with the Director of Talent Acquisition. They all asked me about my experience and some common questions like 'tell me about yourself', why I want to leave my current role, and what I'm looking for in my next job. I also got to ask some questions about the company. I learned about the great culture and what's expected for the Staff Accountant role. Something that really stood out was how genuinely passionate my interviewers were about Stansberry, their team, and their experiences there. It was clear their passion was real, which made me realize you can be passionate about a job, and that working here is more than just a job – it's a career with endless opportunities.

After applying a few months ago, I got an email to set up an interview. I went into the office for a thorough proofreader test, and then I had an interview with some of the employees.
