The interview focused on my past experiences, specifically covering management fee and waterfall calculations, and performance metrics related to private equity. It also delved into real estate accounting, fund details, structures, and reconciliations.

Behavioral Technical

This was one of the easier interview processes I went through, and I felt like I learned a lot about the company and the team. It felt more like an informative session than a strict interview. I had 4 interviews in total, starting from the initial call all the way to the offer call. It was a very efficient process with no unnecessary delays.

Behavioral Technical Case

It was a 4-round interview process. First, an HR call which was pretty brief. Then, 2-3 associate interviews focusing on behavioral questions with a bit of quant. After that, there was a case interview that was quant and accounting focused. The final round was with the manager and was mostly behavioral. Overall, it was a good interview experience.

Behavioral Technical

I began the interview process and it was a very positive experience. After the initial interview with the recruiter, she explained the interview process would continue with 4 interviews. I had two wonderful, lovely interviews but one rubbed the wrong way in every sense and I felt the interview to be very negative and unprofessional. After my fourth interview, I hadn't heard back in 10 days so I emailed the recruitment for a follow up; no response. After the 3 week mark had passed, I sent a second follow up, searching for any sort of feedback or update. At this point, I finally received a response letting me know they are not moving forward with me.
