First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Standard Process.
Maintenance Technician
Applied online and got a response about 2 weeks later. I went through two phone interviews and then an onsite interview. They never got back to me after the onsite, so I wouldn't recommend this place if you don't want to waste your time.
- Can you tell me about what you do on a daily basis in your current role?
Marketing
I had a virtual interview with the recruiter, followed by the hiring manager. Then they set up an on-site interview and covered my travel and hotel. It was great that everyone was nice and they even gave me a tour. The downside is I had to take time off work, and after all that, the recruiter told me I didn't get the job. They didn't have any more details, and the company/hiring manager hasn't replied to any of my requests for feedback. It would be professional to at least tell candidates why they weren't selected next time.
- Can you tell me about your background?
Sales Manager
The communication was bad the whole time. Had a recruiter team interview and 2 people didn’t show up. Then I had a call with the Director since he couldn’t make the team interview. Then an executive interview where a key executive didn’t show up.
- Tell me about your resume.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was brief. First, I had a quick chat with a headhunter, then two days later I had an initial interview with the team's director. After that, there was another interview that lasted about 1.5 hours and included a tour of the facilities.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
