The interview process was really great. The manager was awesome and the staff were super friendly. It's a large, very clean store with everything you need for plumbing, heating, irrigation, paint, lawn, and home decor, plus a big selection of tubs, shower heads, and premium hand tools like Milwaukee.

I had an interview for this position, but never heard back about a decision even though they said they would let me know either way. It would have been better if they had just told me I wasn't selected so I could keep looking for other jobs instead of waiting around.

The initial phone call was pretty standard. They talked about the job and asked some questions to see if I was a good fit. The in-person interview was a bit of a mess. I had to fill out an application with info that was already on my resume. The staff looked really unprofessional and the office was super loud. It got better when we moved to a quiet room. The interviewer asked a lot about my preferred shift and if the pay was okay. Overall, it was an okay interview, but the unprofessional vibe made me a little unsure.
