It was a 3 hour group interview. A ridiculous waste of time. I felt like they just do not care about the applicant's time. Lots of delays, very disorganized. Pretty much sat around and waited with their weird craft items.

I filled out a job on their via-website, a few days later got a phone interview, which leads to another phone interview with their director of marketing. After that was brought in for a face to face interview with the HR manager with the director marketing and lastly with a panel interview with cross departments. My final interview was with the President of the company.

The interview began with a pleasant phone call. Two team members shared details about the job and the team before asking me questions. After they finished, I had the chance to ask my questions. The conversation concluded positively, and they informed me of the next steps and the timeline for hearing back.

First, there was a phone call with HR that went for nearly an hour. It was super in-depth with awesome questions, and I got to ask a ton of my own. Then, I had an in-person interview where I met with 3 people. They were all really engaged and asked a lot of questions. We also had a great discussion about the company's current situation, its challenges and opportunities, and I got a really good overview of the job. The person who used to do the job, and got promoted, was there too and shared some terrific insights. They ended up promoting someone from within the company, but the whole experience was really positive. I got a strong vibe for the company culture, and everyone I met was super personable, motivated, and positive.
