Recruiter
First, a phone screening will happen. If that goes well, you'll have an in-person interview. They'll then call you based on your qualifications and if they think you're a good fit.
- What are your hobbies?
Administrative Assistant
The process was pretty quick and easy. They didn't really grill me on specifics about myself. It was more about the job itself and what it entailed, plus the daily tasks. They gave me the lowdown on StaffQuick and their work style. I was brought on as a temp, and they ended up hiring me full-time after just a week.
- What's your computer proficiency level?
Onsite Coordinator
After applying online I got a call to come in to the office. Once I got there, I had to fill out an application and then had an interview. It was a one on one talk where they asked about my past work and my skills. The interview was pretty simple and they asked direct questions about me as a worker and what I wanted in a job.
- What is your job history?
Packer
First I had to sit down and fill out some paperwork. Then a person who didn't seem to know much about the job, kind of like just reading from a manual, tried to explain things. It was pretty straightforward, but she didn't actually know the job herself.
- How do you feel about working with other people?
