The interview process was pretty tough, way harder than other interviews I've had. They really focused on scenarios and looked for specific keywords. Like, one question was about safeguarding and I wasn't sure what that meant, thought I was done then!

I had a video call with one person. They asked me about my past teaching experience and how I understood the role based on the job description they sent me beforehand.

I went to their Boston office for a group interview. It was pretty friendly and went well. There were 4 other teachers interviewing, and we got to present ourselves and ask questions. Each of us did a 10-minute practice class with some students. A few days later, I got an email to schedule a 10-minute follow-up phone call. I scheduled it, but they never called. I was surprised, so I called to leave a message. Later, the person called back and said he had "technical difficulties" at the office, which is why he couldn't call. I think he just forgot. This company seemed good at first, but this is a big mistake.

The process was really simple. They asked me about my previous teaching experience and if I knew how to use online platforms like Zoom. They also presented some teaching situations and asked how I would manage them.
