There was a 45-minute test without a webcam. It covered programming, data structures, networking, and microprocessors. Doing well on this test requires good knowledge. The cutoff was really high, with only 27 out of 138 candidates moving on.

I had a phone interview where they asked about my skills and then scheduled a face-to-face interview. The office interview was with one person in a conference room. We talked about my job experiences and how I would be a fit for the company. I was also given a tour of the department.

The interview was for a job at Precision tubing Richmond Kentucky 40475. The interview was easy, you complete everything online. Then you are called into the Staffmark office where you will do a drug screen and be given your pay card and told your hours. Then you're told to go to the Precision Factory where you will meet with a member of the Precision facility that will walk you through and show you the facility, have you watch a video, and pretty much let you know what you'll be doing and give you your clock and clock out card, all the basic information you need, and then you will go to work when they tell you to show up.

You apply, a rep texts you and then you complete an assessment. Once you complete the assessment you text them back and you have to wait to fill out your W2s. I filled mine out and I was told when they hire people they hire everyone all once on certain dates of their training classes which are 1 - 2 weeks. I was told to pick a shift to work so I picked one. I was told Kroger had to review my Resume still and I wasn't told a specific start date until a month in. I asked for updates I wasn't guaranteed to get hired on. They leave you in the dark about a lot of details and lead you around in circles and in the meantime I found a different job.
