First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Staffmark Group.
Technical Recruiter
I had a 30-minute interview with two managers at a hotel coffee table. It was mostly situational and behavioral questions along with a review of my resume. There wasn't much time left to ask questions about the job.
- Can you tell us about yourself and explain why you are the best candidate for this role?
P&C Manager
I applied on LinkedIn and a recruiter reached out pretty quickly, like within a day. We chatted for about 20 minutes, and then they sent my info to the Hiring Manager. The next day, I had a 45-minute meeting with the HM, and they actually let me know the following day that I got the role.
- Could you walk me through your past work experience?
Business Analyst
The recruiter did a prescreen first, checking my salary expectations and experience. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager or department manager. The recruiter was really helpful, giving me the names and some personality insights of the managers who would be interviewing me.
- Can you tell us how you'd rate your analyst skills and give us some examples to back that up?
Recruiting Coordinator
applied online, had an in person interview, then a phone interview, then another in person interview with my supervisor, and was told there would be another video interview online but it didn't happen. It was a disorganized, discriminatory, and long process with bad communication.
- Can you discuss your past work history and experience?
