First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Staffing Network.
Forklift Operator
The interview process was straightforward. We talked about the work conditions, and the company did a background check. The HR team was very professional. I was able to start the onboarding application the same day and began working the next day. I'm grateful for this opportunity.

Machine Operator
The interview process involved a resume review, reference checks, and a drug screening. We discussed job qualifications, background check, safety procedures, salary expectations, company policies, job expectations, financial aspects, hazardous materials handling, emergency procedures, PTO, leave, holidays, compensation, vacation time, benefits, sick leave, and how to handle harassment. We also talked about hard work, working with coworkers and supervisors, and the lead role.
- Are you willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays?
Administrative Assistant
I had an interview for the Administrative Assistant position and it was super unprofessional. I got there 10 minutes before my 11:00 am interview. Right when I walked in, they had me take a typing test, which I finished in under 5 minutes. The receptionist told me to wait, and I ended up waiting about 40 minutes past my scheduled time for the initial interview with the receptionist because the person who was supposed to interview me was on a conference call. I really expected them to stick to the schedule. After the receptionist finished with me, I waited another 30 minutes for another random person to come interview me. The person who was supposed to interview me in the first place never even showed up. So, I was there for a total of 1.5 hours! If you're going to take that long to interview someone, you should at least let them know beforehand because people have other commitments. I would never want to work for a company that operates this unprofessionally.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Staffing Coordinator
I met with the manager at a restaurant. He was a great person and interviewed me very respectfully and patiently. He explained the company’s processes and the benefits of working at Staffing Network. We shared our experiences, and he asked me several questions that were similar to other interviews I've had.
- How do you handle stressful situations?
