Behavioral Presentation

The interview was a bit awkward, but it felt serious to avoid embarrassment. Role-playing with a stranger isn't usually comfortable, but the interviewer was good at giving positive feedback. The role-play happened after the usual Q&A part of the interview.

It was pretty straightforward. I have worked with other staffing agencies before, but none have really stacked up to Staffcare. I feel like I made the right choice this time. I would definitely recommend your service to any of my colleagues. They provide great service, with lots of follow-ups over the phone. I really can't say enough good things about Matt Troxell and Staffcare. Seriously, great service!!!!!!
