Four, 30-min conversations over 3 months. Some of which weren't scheduled for over 4-weeks. Recruiter offered to answer questions over email a couple times... 0 of my questions were responded to. Completed final rounds weeks ago and have been ghosted. Process lacked basic communication by recruiter.

Technical Behavioral

The interview was really focused on the technical parts of selling and making sure you get it. They were upfront about how they train people who used to be marketers to become sellers. There were a few other questions about your general sales skills and what you've done before, but mostly they wanted to see how well you understand the market their product is in.

  • How would you explain the product's market to someone new?

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was tough and a bit messy. They often said I'd meet one person, but it would change last minute. It was hard to tell who the hiring manager was because I had 5 interviews with people who had the same title. They said the next interview was the last one, but then they made me meet more people. After everything, they sent me a survey about the interview process, which was kinda funny.
