I went through 3 remote interviews via Teams: first with a recruiter, then the manager, and finally a case scenario presentation. The recruiter chat was all about soft skills. The manager interview mixed reviewing my past experience with scenario-based questions. For the case scenario, I had to prepare a presentation on how I'd manage the application team and suggest solutions. The interviews themselves took 2 weeks, but waiting for the final decision took about a month and a half.

First, there was a quick screener. Then I had to complete a pretty long case study assignment, which took me a couple of afternoons after work. I didn't make it to the next round. I felt a bit taken advantage of, as I didn't even get to speak with the team before having to do work for them. I should have billed them for consulting.
