Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a recruiter call, which was pretty easy and conversational about my background and interest in the role. They asked a few non-difficult technical questions. The second round was supposed to be with the hiring manager and their boss, but the hiring manager cancelled last minute. I contacted recruiting about rescheduling and got no response for a week. Then, I received an email saying the team met me and decided to go with other candidates, even though I never met them. It felt messy, and I hope they improve their process since they seem like a decent company I was excited about.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process started with a recruiter screening which was surprisingly in-depth, covering my daily tasks and knowledge. Next, I interviewed with a Director; this round was more challenging and technical, involving specific scenarios and industry expertise. The third round was a project with a presentation, given to a Director and a Manager, which took about 10 days to complete – not overly difficult but time-consuming. The final round was with another Director; it was a relaxed chat for me, though a friend had a different experience with technical questions and a presentation. Overall, it was a positive experience with friendly and knowledgeable people.

The interview process was pretty standard, with three main parts: an initial HR screening, a chat with the hiring manager, and then a presentation to a panel for a performance review. It was all pretty smooth sailing and they kept me in the loop really well up until the last stage. But then, poof, ghosted by pretty much everyone after I poured over 15 hours into that presentation deck. Super unprofessional and just showed how clueless the hiring team really is. Bad look.
