The interview process was clear and they provided feedback, no ghosting. The recruiter was very communicative throughout the whole process and their company values really showed through and through. Everyone was kind and understanding.

A recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn and we chatted for about 20 minutes. She mentioned she'd put my name in for the role and see if the client wanted to do an in-person interview. A few days later, she emailed saying she'd heard back and I was invited for an interview. I made sure to be upfront with the recruiter about my base salary expectations, and she assured me it was doable. The actual interview went way longer than scheduled, clocking in at an hour and 40 minutes instead of the planned 30 minutes. Towards the end, a C-level exec asked me if I was married and how long we'd been together, which felt pretty out of line and possibly illegal. He also mentioned wanting to hire people who would commit to staying for 5 years. Unsurprisingly, the recruiter later told me they weren't moving forward because they 'couldn't afford me.' I asked for more feedback, but she said there was none. If salary was the only issue, she should have been upfront initially or at least tried to negotiate instead of wasting my time. This is my first time leaving a negative review, but I felt it was important because discrimination shouldn't be taken lightly.

I had 3 interviews total with the Recruiter and Sales Management. We agreed on a 4th interview, but it never happened. The Recruiter seemed to have messed up because they promised to let me know about the next steps, but I never heard back from them in over a month.
