It started with a recruiter call, who seemed really disengaged, which was off-putting. This was the first week of February. She said I'd hear back the next week about moving forward. That week passed, and the one after that too. I emailed for an update and didn't get a response for days. When she finally replied, she said I was moving on. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager, who was yawning the whole time. This was a month after the first interview. Again, I waited weeks, emailed for an update, and was told I'd hear back the week of March 16th, but nothing happened. I pulled out of the running because there were just too many red flags. Seriously, check the reviews, they match my experience.

So this interview process was a total nightmare. It went on for ages, from early June to mid-August. The first time around, after three interviews, the hiring manager ghosted me. Then, a recruiting agency contacted me again for the exact same role. They seemed to have completely forgotten about me and put me through the whole gauntlet again. During this second attempt, which was late summer by this point, the manager actually no-showed twice. By then, I was completely over it. Honestly, a very unprofessional company that just loves wasting people's time.

Danach will er wissen, was mich an Cloud-Technologien fasziniert.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process involved three rounds, starting with a project presentation, but then I was ghosted. They asked a lot of intrusive personal questions, making it clear the decision was more about personal likeability than job capability. They required uncompensated project work. When I asked for clarification on the project, they told me to 'ask away.' I sent a list of questions for more context but got no response. After the project, there was no contact for 5 weeks, and I found out on LinkedIn that they had hired someone else. It's disappointing given their stated values of 'empathy' and 'doing what's right,' which apparently don't apply to their recruiting.
