First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Stability Healthcare.
Billing Specialist
We had a first chat with the main person to go over my background and what I'm looking to make. Then, I had a second interview with the manager of the department to dive deeper into the job's tasks and my related experience. It was pretty laid-back and we just talked things through. They were also cool with me asking about the company and all the perks.
- Can you elaborate on your past experience as it pertains to the duties of this position?
- What are your desired salary expectations?
- Can you review your relevant experience for this particular role?
Recruiter
The process started with a phone screen, then there were two rounds of interviews. They ended up offering me a position with lower pay, then told me the role I applied for was filled. But I saw the recruiter role posted the same week and it said the role was "filled".
- What makes you interested in a recruiting role?
Registered Nurse
First, a recruiter will chat with you about your wants and needs. They'll also ask about your certifications and experience. You need at least 2 years of experience for travel positions. It's a chill phone call.
- Tell me about your previous experience.
