So I had two rounds of interviews. First was a phone screen. Then I had a half day in person interview. That had three break out interviews and they were ranging in time from 30 minutes to an hour. Some were one on one and some were panel.

The interviewer was really nice. It was pretty much a standard interview with two people and a list of questions. They asked me about how I, as a student, thought I'd handle doing a lot of things at once, how I function on a team, and how I work when I'm on my own. They also asked about what I'm good at and anything I was worried about. I was a bit stressed at first, but the interviewer was cool about it and I felt better by the end. It seemed to go okay.

There was a panel interview with three people, one of them was a lead. The lead interviewer didn't seem very interested when we were talking about the panel review. We never heard back about whether they decided to move forward after the interview. They kept pushing back the interview time. However, they did make me feel very welcome and paid personal attention during our interactions.

Behavioral Presentation

First, I had to submit my application, which included a cover letter, resume, and a writing sample (about 3-5 pages long). After that, I had an in-person interview with the assistant director. It was pretty casual and held in their office, and it was just me and them.
