I was referred by a current employee for a promotion from a similar position within the school. I interviewed with a panel of 5 people, one student, two people in the office I'd be working in (including the director of that office), one person from a different office within the same division, and the VP for Student Retention (Who I really couldn't figure out why she was there). I highly recommend doing a lot of research before applying, so you know what you're getting into. St. Mary's is a very tightly knit and unique community, and people who want to change the community to their beliefs rather than be a part of it tend not to be successful.

After submitting my application, I was contacted within a week for an interview. I met with a current manager and the coordinator. We discussed my organizational skills, ability to handle pressure, and ability to multitask. I was originally interviewing for a Welcome Desk position, which I got, and then got promoted to a managerial position within a year.

I went through several interview rounds for this position. They were mostly behavioral questions, and then some scenario-based questions that were specific to the role. It was a good experience overall and I got the job. I'd definitely suggest applying.

The interview process felt straightforward yet insightful. It seems like a promising environment, and the students appear to be interesting and engaged. I'd be open to considering this for an adjunct role if the timing aligned with a suitable position.
