I had to fill out and submit an application in person. After dropping off my application, resume, and a letter of recommendation, I got an email a few days later about the interview schedule. They were chill about scheduling, and I could come in whenever worked for me. It was a group interview with two supervisors, and they asked me some basic stuff. They mentioned they were hiring for spring. I got the offer in January and started training.
