I applied on their website and a few weeks later got a call inviting me for an interview. I was initially told there would be four interviewers: the principal engineer, the sr. manager of manufacturing, an Engineer 1, and an Engineer 2. However, when I arrived, only the hiring manager and the principal engineer were there. The interview, which lasted about 30 minutes, consisted mostly of straightforward behavioral questions. I was also informed that a background check and offer would follow.

The interview process involved meeting with several engineers and managers for a full day of interviews, mostly one-on-one. I also had a lunch meeting with the plant manager. It took about two weeks to receive an offer after the interviews. They were not open to negotiating PTO.

It was a really long and confusing interview process. I didn't get much info about my application status, so it was hard to know what was happening. The interviewers didn't seem to know the job description well and couldn't answer a lot of my important questions.
