Behavior Therapist
The interview itself went well, and it turned out to be a panel interview, which was a surprise. The interviewers seemed engaged and interested. Thank you notes were sent that day. However, after that, there was radio silence. It was later discovered that the interviewer/hiring manager had left the company. Her position and my potential role were subsequently posted online.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Management
I applied online. The first contact was a call from the HR Recruiter, who didn't seem very enthusiastic. Then, I had an interview with two managers from the department. After that, I interviewed with two HR folks. Everyone was nice, except for that initial recruiter.
