First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.
Registered Nurse
It was a really chill and laid-back vibe. We didn't do any of those typical interview questions. It was more about us getting to know each other and seeing if I'd fit in with the team.
- What questions did you have for her?
Process Review
I had an initial chat with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally, I met with a panel of peers. All three conversations felt really supportive, and the questions they asked were pretty open-ended. It honestly felt like they were genuinely trying to understand me and what I could bring to the team, and also giving me a chance to see if it felt like a good fit for me too.
- Can you share an area where you see room for improvement and describe the steps you've taken to address it?
Environmental Services
I got called just a few hours before they wanted me to come in for an interview. When I got there, I was sent to the wrong part of the building. After finally getting to the right place, they told me I had misrepresented the truth on my application. After all that, I'm not even sure why I took the job.
- Tell me about your experience with floor care.
Contract Manager
I had a very informal and informative interview with the corporate CRO. The atmosphere was easy, and the questions felt more off-the-cuff than planned. They really took the time to get to know me as a person, not just a potential employee. I was offered the position based on their feeling about how well I would fit. The CRO who hired me was very professional and empowering.
- Tell me about your experience and how you can use it in this role.
