The whole hiring process can take a while. It took about a month from when I first interviewed in person until my start date. The actual interview lasted about 30-40 minutes with two people.

So the whole process was pretty fast. After I applied, they reached out pretty quickly. We had a phone interview, then I did a group interview in person. Got a tour, and then they made me a job offer. Heads up though, it can drag out up to 6 weeks 'cause of the background checks, but they told me that upfront and it might be faster depending on how they go.
