Had a phone chat with management where they laid out the company and job. Then an on-site with the CEO. Before that, I filled out some printed questions, like a psych test. The interview itself felt long but fair. I mentioned some bad reviews and asked to shadow first, which didn't go over well. After the interview, the CEO gave a tour and then shared a lot of personal health details which also took forever. Overall, just too long.

Group Other

We all sat in a circle for this group interview. They asked us some really random questions and seemed pretty disorganized about growing the company. There was a lot of religious talk, and even though they said they don't discriminate, everyone has to pray together each morning before work. It felt awkward sitting with the other applicants during the interview. I heard they have a high turnover rate, and they didn't have a clear answer when I asked about it. They claimed to be picky about hires, but it felt more like they were understaffed. We also had to fill out a weird questionnaire about when we learned Microsoft Word and a big packet.

The process began with an initial phone screen. Following that, there was an invitation to an interview in a group setting for the same position, after completing a completely unnecessary information packet. If selected, expect to be asked back within a day or two for a "shadow day," where you work all day for free so they can determine if you fit. It's insulting.

First, there's a phone screen with a staff member asking some impression questions. If you pass that, you'll be invited for an interview on a specific day. These interviews are usually group ones. Before the interview, you'll need to complete an application packet. The interview itself is a group process with three people interviewing you.
