I heard from a recruiter, did a quick phone chat with them, and then got set up for an in-person interview with the hiring team. Two directors interviewed me for that. The recruiter got back to me pretty quickly after. The whole thing was fast and smooth, and the recruiter was super helpful.

I knew from the second I walked in that they weren't planning on hiring me. The interviewer sat there with their arms crossed and didn't seem to have even glanced at my resume. I didn't get any feedback or any explanation for why they decided not to hire me.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was great and thorough. It was really enjoyable and they made sure to have a real conversation rather than just asking standard questions to check a box. They spent time over several interviews and with multiple staff members to really get to know me, my skills, my experience, and what was important to me. The best part was that all our interviews were conducted in person.

It was a long interview process, but the negotiations after the offer were disappointing. Everyone seemed to have a good attitude, but it turned out that the company wasn't willing to pay what good candidates were worth. I got an offer and tried to negotiate. They said there was no flexibility, and then my application status changed to 'no longer interested'.
