DSP
After I applied, I had a quick phone screen to go over my skills, work history, and availability. Then, I was scheduled for a second interview at the office. This one was about 45 minutes total. It included a quick 20-minute reading comprehension test, and then I got a tour of the place and met some of the clients and staff. I got a job offer over the phone within a week.
- Tell me about a time you had to make a tough choice.
- When you're being pulled in different directions, how do you decide what to tackle first?

Submitted application. Spoke with HR for a call and pre-screen, they gave a general overview of the company. Interviewed and did some pre-employment testing (reading comprehension). Had an on site tour/interview with my supervisor. Received a phone offer detailing the training process and requirements.
- Can you share some of your strengths and areas for growth?
- Describe a challenging situation you faced and how you handled it.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a crisis and what you did.
Residential Manager
The interview process is pretty straightforward. First they screen you with a phone interview to make sure you meet all the requirements. Then if you do, they invite you for an in person interview (maybe different due to Covid). The director will be there along with at least one other residential manager. If they like you they may offer then or they may ask you to come back and interview with the Director and all of the Residential Managers. HR will more than likely send you an assessment before the process, to see where you are. If they offer you will more than like get a tour of the place you are interviewing at.
- What motivates you to work with the DD population?
Life Skills Instructor
First, there was a quick phone chat where they told me a little about the job. Then, I had a 25-minute in-person meeting and saw the place. After that, there was another short in-person chat.
- Can you tell me about your leadership skills in a classroom setting?
